Innovation is the most
powerful growth lever
for any and every business.
Yet…
Most organizations under-utilize the generative potential of their existing teams.
That’s because they’ve bought into the myth that only certain types of people can be creative.
Human Generative Skill Training will activate the entire team’s capacity for innovation and creativity. Together, we’ll unlock so much brilliance!
For organizations that seek better ideas
from their existing employees,
Human Generative Skills Training is
.catalytic.
These thinking practices amplify valuable idea generation across disciplines and departments.
It’s great for the bottom line. For as little as $200 per participant, you can provide skills that will produce an ROI of hundreds if not thousands of percent.
When everyone knows how to contribute to innovation, organizations can boost output without boosting headcount.
Does your organization seek better, higher-value ideas?
Your team already has the brains.
Now they just need the tools!
-
Innovation training teaches individuals and teams how to generate better ideas faster, solve problems creatively, and work in partnership with AI.
-
Many people doubt their own creative abilities. But that’s because they have received the wrong messages in their adult life. We are all born with creative skills. Sadly, many of us “unlearn” them as we mature. The good news is that we can all learn how to get back to our natural state and feel creative again.
-
Teams can be more creative than individuals alone. Unfortunately, many of us in the working world have participated in demotivating brainstorms and unproductive partnerships. But let’s not toss the baby with the bathwater! There are some really great ways to collaborate. We’ll show you how.
-
Without structure and process, creative problem solving can be frustrating and unproductive. But with some simple techniques, it can be magical!
-
Organizations that prioritize innovation have been proven to outperform their competition in the marketplace and on Wall Street. But building an innovation culture require more than setting it as a priority. Employees need to be given tools and resources. We can help provide the tools.
-
The question regarding AI is not whether it can actually be creative our not. The question is whether humans are more creative when using AI. The answer to that is a definitive yes. Humans using AI tools can build on their own thinking, refine their thinking, and prototype their thinking much faster. So, though AI cannot come up with original ideas, humans who can use it can get their original ideas seen and understood exponentially faster. We can show you how to work with current tools and how to prepare for what is coming next.

“In my decades as a creative leader, I’ve hired, managed, and mentored hundreds of professional creative people. So, I can say with complete certainty that you, too, have the capability to be as creative as you want to be.”

We are passionate about sharing
what we’ve learned!
Steve Diamond
Steve Diamond has been a hands-on creative and a creative leader for decades. Early in his career, he learned that the smartest creatives had a process. And after running creative departments for top agencies, he became expert at helping creatives learn how to hone these methods. Over the years, Steve has helped individuals with a range of skills, talent, and experience become expert at producing valuable ideas.
In his leadership roles (Chief Creative Officer, Executive Creative Director, Director of Brand Experience) Steve personally developed proprietary innovation processes and methods for tapping into the dormant creative capability of professionals working in many disciplines and at all levels of experience.
Alongside his global agency responsibilities, Steve has spent time teaching at renowned universities and schools. In New York City, he was on the faculty of the International Center of Photography. In Portland, he taught at the Pacific Northwest School of Art. And he is currently on the faculty of Portland State University.
His students and the many individuals who have worked with Steve know him to be a patient and generous mentor.
Kate Sokoloff
Kate Sokoloff is a creative strategist, brand whisperer, and story alchemist who knows how to turn a good idea into a cultural spark. As the founding creator and Executive Producer of Live Wire, the nationally syndicated public radio variety show, she brought smart entertainment to the airwaves with wit, warmth, and wild originality. Since then, she’s helped shape brands big and small—naming things that didn’t exist yet, refreshing those that had grown tired, and always finding the story that makes people care.
Whether she’s launching a content campaign, writing an offbeat tagline, or leading a room full of skeptical executives toward consensus (with snacks), Kate brings sharp strategy, left-field creativity, and just the right amount of mischief. She’s also the co-founder of the Low Bar Chorale, a drop-in rock choir that proves joy can be a brand in itself. Her work melds insight and delight—where messaging matters, and no one is bored.

Their employees discover new ideas, new products, and new ways to sell in their innovations. Besides the direct financial benefits, the training also seems to boost morale and team cohesion.
-
This training is designed specifically for people who are NOT in official creative roles. Yes, the techniques we teach are the same ones that professional creatives use. But there is no reason that they need to remain secret or hidden. Anyone can use these techniques, and everyone will benefit from using them.
-
AI is an amazing tool if you know how to use it. The downside to AI is that it can easily be misused. It does not do creative thinking. So, people who use it to generate ideas will be fed mediocre and unoriginal results. However, AI is a great co-worker. It’s a great editor. It’s a great sounding board. And if you use it in certain ways, it can definitely help you improve and amplify your own creativity.
